This agreement applies between you (the user) and Explain Fitness Ltd. Your agreement is to comply with these terms and conditions, you should not sign up if you do not agree.

Minimum uptake

The course requires a minimum of 26 attendees to run. If we do not achieve this minimum number then all participants will be refunded and we will work even harder to get the next course over and above the minimum attendee requirement.

Medical Policy

The information provided in our courses are generic and designed for fit, healthy adults with no pre existing medical conditions. We advise to get a health check by your local general practitioner and not to proceed with this course if you have any ailments.
